Kelly Coffing EA, FSA, MAAA
Ms. Coffing is a principal and consulting actuary with Milliman in Seattle, Washington. As a consulting actuary to a variety of multiemployer plans, she helps trustees succeed in the complex world of retirement plan management. In addition to traditional plan consulting, Ms. Coffing has worked with many plans to transition to alternative plan designs, including the Milliman Sustainable Income Plan. She is passionate about plan designs that secure retirement for future generations. Ms. Coffing has been with Milliman for over 20 years, but before joining the company, she taught chemistry and physics to high school students in her home state of Idaho. She is a popular speaker at professional industry events, where she brings retirement plan issues to life with humor and frank explanations.
