Laura Earley CEBS, CEBS Compliant

Laura Earley has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field, managing benefit plans for such companies as CH2M, Sports Authority, Graebel and KinderCare Learning Centers. She has an extensive background in health and welfare plans as well as wellness and retirement plan administration. Earley has harnessed that knowledge and experience from the corporate world and, as an account executive with IMA of Colorado, works in the public sector industry to bring thoughtful business solutions and excellent customer service to her clients. She has been an instructor for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans as well as a local and national speaker on a variety of benefits-related topics, including health, wellness and employee engagement. Earley has been President of the Colorado Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) for three separate years. She is a member of the ISCEBS Professional Development Committee, the International Foundation CEBS® Committee and the Governing Council of the ISCEBS. She holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist® (CEBS) designation and a Certificate in Global Benefits Management. Earley earned a bachelor of science degree in human resource management from Regis University.
