Lezlie Mintz M.B.A.

Lezlie Mintz has over 15 years of experience working in the Canadian commercial real estate market. As senior vice president—business development, she is responsible for developing new relationships and raising capital for ACM Advisors Ltd. ACM is an investment fund manager (est. 1993) that specializes in the creation, structuring and management of pooled Canadian commercial mortgage funds. Lezlie began at ACM as a senior real estate analyst where she was involved in the underwriting of commercial mortgage transactions ranging in loan size from $5MM to $125MM. Prior to joining ACM, she underwrote mortgages for a national trust company and managed investor relations for a private lender. Today, Lezlie is passionate about education and the prosperity of the Canadian pension community. She has enjoyed sharing her knowledge with audiences of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute, CFA Society Vancouver, and the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. Her academic background includes a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Alberta (finance major) and a master of business administration degree from the University of British Columbia.
