Karin Peters

Karin A. Peters is president and CEO of National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc. (NEBA), a union third-party administrator that provides services to Taft-Hartley benefit plans. She is based out of  NEBA’s corporate headquarters in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Peters began her NEBA career in 1997 and purchased the company with her husband, Brian, in 2017. She is an active speaker and volunteer for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She has served as a Voting Director on the International Foundation’s Board of Directors and is a past member of the Administrators Committee. Peters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies with a concentration in health and human concerns and a minor in labor studies from Florida International University.
