Bonni Titgemeyer is managing director of The Employers’ Choice Inc. and has extensive experience in human resources consulting in both a Canadian and an international context. She is well-known in the compensation, legislative compliance and organizational effectiveness arenas. Titgemeyer has been active with the International Foundation, in particular the Certificate in Canadian Benefit Plans course, for over 20 years. She previously served Canadian Corporate Committee (Ad Hoc).She holds five professional designations within the human resources and benefits fields as well as a bachelor of arts degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa.
