Derek Warren CIM

Derek Warren is a vice president, portfolio manager for Lincluden Investment Management where he focuses on real estate and Canadian small-cap securities. He joined the company as a portfolio manager for equities. Warren began his investment career in 1998 at Morguard Investments Limited in the legal department. He joined Morguard Financial in 2000 as a member of the equity team, where he was responsible for the analysis of REITs and real estate companies. The team managed several real estate portfolios including the CIBC Canadian Real Estate Fund and the Morguard Real Estate Equity Fund, which have both won Lipper Fund Awards. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
